My guess is that he's going to ask you "what cookbook" & then dance around the topic until you give up asking. & THEN, slowly, after waiting 6 months, he'll scan & post the odd numbered pages of the book on the forum... & if you're really lucky & it's a good day, he'll scan & post *every other* even page a year later.
