God, if I had influence & power & money, I'd give it all away if it meant we could avoid this attack. I hate those things, normally, because I've seen what they can do to people - make rotten, stinking fiends out of them. If it wasn't Bush, it'd be someone else. There are hundred Cheneys & Powells out there, too, & plenty more willing & waiting to take the places of those hundred.
Some asshole sitting somewhere is thinking it's nothing, but to me it's everything. That's half of me - those people are my family. Who can sit by and watch children being traumatized like that? Esp. children who are part of your pack? Who? Who? Who?
We're training many of these children to become unstable - to anticipate the worst in life & to always question motives. & if nothing can be anticipated, they will remain uncertain, even about the small things - their lives will be an inescapable purgatory, even if things around them do stabilize, because they know better than to trust appearances. They're beaten, worn down from life from the beginning, you know?
