This seldom used UN Resolution (377A from 1950) empowers the General
Assembly to resolve a crisis caused by a deadlock in the Security Council.
The documents below can be used by activists in a country whose government
appreciates the gravity of the situation, and thus may initiate the
procedures necessary to convene an emergency special session of the General
Assembly to consider such a Resolution.
