Since Bush is clearly threatening another nation, violating international law, clearly getting ready to strike this other nation & commit a horrendous genocide, as soon as he has struck, would it be possible for the U.S. to come under attack?

Couldn't the UN, theoretically at least, threaten a member nation, which has clear disregard for international law & is getting ready to assault another nation, with just retribution? Put together an army of member states that will attack the U.S. once the U.S. attacks another nation without any justification?

A bumper sticker I saw yesterday: "Don't blame me - I voted with the majority."
