I wonder if the Iraqi people will ever be intellectuals again? Will they have the pride that their parents and grandparents had? Will they know that they descended from the ancients who built civilization as we know it, and that they were among the most forward thinking in the middle east? Will they experience a continued brain drain, or will Iraqis come back and rebuild? Only time will tell...
