It创s comomg up toots...the arbitration. I don创t know anything about these things so you have the advantage on me...but I know Jackie, so I have the advantage there.
You had better make a good case for going to trial...as that创s the only way I can get any justice. What Jackie创s going to get out of it most of us wouldn创t want. Had she kept her shorts on this thing would have died down...like it has...which is what most lawyers would counsel their clients to do..let the thing blow over cause you创ll just prolong the agony...but you were moving, expenses have to be paid...and she was so damn willing, poor thing, to use that one thing above all else that got here where she is...leadershit of this Nayshun...her MONEY. So, she flashed her checkbook around...and what创s a poor lawyer to do but agree to undo his client further...at a hefty retainer no less.
If the arbitrator tosses your suit out...the next day every one of those posts she so objected to is going back up...if not here, then at another site that创s waiting in the wings. This isn创t by way of being mean to the bitch...it创s just by way of teaching her that you can创t take a shit in public and then demand people not tell you you shouldn创t have...no matter how many threats you make to sue them for holding their noses.
See you in October...does she have to show up too? Sure hope so...got a surprise for her.
