Thank you...I don´t mind that analogy at all and it smacks of some truth...at least insofar as any activity I´m going to do as an Assyrian is going to consist in making a better weapon, if you will, of our wits than merely polish the rusted scrap iron we´ve been taught to make do-do with.

Interestingly enough the Muslim sworsmiths of old Toledo especially were famous for much the same technique. It boggles the mind to think that Civilization was brought to Europeans by Muslims...much of it adapted from BetNahrain...and this is how they repay us. Talk about your swine and pearls.
