You don't need a majority...you don't even ned a lot of them. But the threat alone...the idea that it might catch on...could have the same ffect.

Certainly it's easier than watching your quality of life, the air you breathe etc steadily decline...as it will.

Look how easy it was to gut EPA regulations...pollute the air all over again not to mention the Third World. Trouble is no one is used to doing any work...only when there's a "crisis" staring you in the face will people move...and it's funny how they alway say they felt better...that it brought them together with neighbors, gave them a sense of purpose and they wished the feeling could last.

I don't have the answer...not that one and not any other one.
