xxx If the charge is true, then it is not slander. Any accusation can be proven wrong or right, &, unfortunately, sometimes the "truth" behind an accusation is obfuscated by money or power. If the accusation is false, a misrepresentation, then it is slander. Likewise, if it's true that someone is acting like a horse's ass, figuratively speaking, then that's not slander.
