Does NOT, I repeat DOES NOT have a Doctorate or a Phd or anything else but an enormous ego coupled with an awesome inferiority complex, well earned...which he has tried manfully to assuage by giving himself airs and degrees too.
The Modesto Bee (NOT an insect) did a bit of a story on Assyrians in the Central Valley once and they uncovered the fact that he'd applied to graduate school, or maybe he'd driven by it...and that was all. At the MOST he has a Master's in Education, which is a notch below Physical Education where you at least play with other than your own balls.
What he has been very good at is packaging himself to the people of Ceres...which if you can find it, you'll understand that they haven't the faintest idea of a degree from seed pod. It's on the way south from Modesto just before you get to Turlock and if you fart right after 34th street in Modesto you'll drive right by Ceres before you can open a window to see it. He is as slick as they come and I have always counted my fingers after shaking hands with the man.
He threatened to sue the Newspaper for casting aspersions on his degree, and they quit and left him to us...if we want to believe he is a Dr. Dadeeeshoo, let us. What more harm do we need to inflict on ourselves.
I've heard he sues people at the drop of a hat. I just dropped his.
