xxx Better places to hang it would be coal-mining, black lung infested, impoverished rural southwest Virginia & West Virginia - I'm sure they'd appreciate it more. Tennessee is still in denial - just look at what's happening to Jimmy Naifeh's state income tax proposal - even the poor here are brainwashed against it.
