The US military's excuse for making targets of civilians in Baghdad. It's disgusting. & furthermore, the "tactics" the IDF uses really aren't "precise."

But some in the military caution that the United States armed forces would be in a far less favorable position should they engage in block-to-block fighting in Iraqi urban centers.
