It depends on where you want to place the statue. In North Iraq the AAS working with ADM would be your best bet.
The cost of hauling a shipping container from Australia to Garbia was around $5,000 AUS last time I checked, and it'd probably take a few months to arrive.
In central Iraq all you'd have to do is contact the Iraqi government and explain what you want to do. (Cue to Andreas get us Iraq's telephone numbers to their embassies etc.)
