I'm just a nekkid person standing out here...I have no god to die for me or love me or bother me or give me anything. I don't believe in hell so you can't scare me...and I don't take candy from strangers so you can't get me into heaven.
Everything can be corrupted...but the very idea that a god loves you somewhere and forgives you makes a poor dumb human's head turn. A shovel might well be put to bad uses, but a gun more than likely will be.
God is a canon.
