Just in case someone here knows anyone in or around Nashville who'd be interested in this event tomorrow (Wednesday). Seating is general admission, so showing up at least 30min before the talk is a good way to make sure you have a seat (though, it may be hard to find a good one, even by then).

Vanderbilt Speakers Committee presents Dr. Hanan Ashrawi. Dr. Hanan Ashrawi is the former spokeswoman for the Palestinian Authority and is currently an elected member of the Palestinian Legislative Council. She will address Vanderbilt students, faculty, and staff and Nashville community on Dec. 4 at Langford Auditorium. Tickets are free for the Vanderbilt community and $5 for Nashville community. Tickets are available at Sarratt Ticketmaster or http://www.ticketmaster.com . The event is sponsored by Vanderbilt Speakers Committee, Middle Eastern Students Association, Project Dialogue, World on Wednesdays, International Awareness Committee, and the Women's Center.
