Dear Mr. President,

I believe we Christians of Iraq have held up our part of the agreement. We have become a well hated minority in Iraq almost equal to the Israelis in Palestine. Our people are being collaterally killed, imprisoned and executed. They are losing jobs, being marginalized and generally treated with suspicion because they "cling together" (I believe Mr. Robert DeKelaita has some figures prepared for you).

It's now time for the United States to make good on its promise and complete the job by giving us a small patch of ground to call a country that we may be surrounded on all sides by you know who and apply for humanitrian aid from your kind government. As was agreed upon earlier, when I am installed as the democratically selected President of Assyria, I will make certain that our Islamic neighbors have cause to attack us and we will dutifully call on you for protection from these vicious heathen who want nothing more than to scalp each of us and make wampum from our bones. We will greet the Seventh Cavalry with open arms as they ride over the plains of Kansas to our rescue. In the words of one of your great presidents, "The only good Muslim is a dead Injun".

Looking forward to hearing from you. Please give my regards to Mr. Cheney and Mr. Bremmer and thank them for all they have done to bring our people to this point in their history when we stand the best chance of being wiped out we've ever enjoyed. Last one to Heaven is a rotten egg....hehehehehe.
