...have been informed by reliable gossips that Sadie is resting comfortably after surgery to remove Alex from her behind. This procedure was called for by doctors who feared Alex was in danger of assfixation and that Sadie couldn't be feeling too well either.

The surgical team next plans to remove one of Sadie's two heads...which one will depend on which head makes least sense at the time. Doctors say it will be a toss-up right into the operating room. Though neither head makes much sense, still, it's feared that with both gone she won't be as smart as she thinks she is with both and will have to pay her way through college from now on. That would put an end to either head...or both, so really there is little choice but to operate.
