+++There you go again...Jews were pagans in every sense of the word...though among the most backwards and least developed. This business of rolling all of your minor savage deities into one great big Neanderthal and expecting to be petted and fussed over for it is just more marketing silliness. You're skipping the larger point...which is very scientific of you indeed...allows for atom bombs being built before anyone figured out what they were for or what to do with the spare parts...scientists ain't too bright as a regular thing...but like the Jews they hump it for all it's worth...the larger picture is: what could Judaism in any form possibly have to offer an Assyrian worth the name?

+++And DON'T tell me about babies and being nice to your mother.

eating the body and drinking the blood of Christ were derived from pagan ideas, not Jewish ones.

++Jewish ideas ARE pagan ones. That's like saying "pagan ideas are derived from pagan ideas, not pagan ideas". See how with only a little bit of clarity and reworking you too can sound edjicated.

>Christianity has a lot more pagan ideas in it than you can imagine: read the "Jesus Mysteries"....

+++No thank you. I know Christianity is paganism...nothing wrong with paganism...it doesn't mean backward or cruel or beastly...that's reserved for Judaism and it's sisters. Christmas is nothing more than the Saturnalia or any number of feasts of the lights...Easter is Dionysis...or Osiris or our own Tammuz...the vegetation god raised from the dead winter each spring...so what? How does that whitewash Christianity any...especially where Assyrians are concerned.

+++For us to have ever turned Christian is an indication of just how degraded we'd become...and keep becomming...the latest being the AAS fundraiser in which the same people who paid for the killing , now want to send the orphans to school. You have to be sick...or Christian...which is my whole point...being Christian is very much like a disease...look how the world has suffered from the effects of it these last 100 years.
