you know what Americans and our boys are thinking...that must be an insurgent...it must be a Muslim Terrorist..it must be a Muslim..it must be the guy who shot my kid, maybe it`s a Kurd who took my village...it must be the enemy...helps them negate its power. You aren`t even supposed to torture POWs remember? That`s why they make war on civillians now..you can do anything you want to insurgents...they aren`t covered by any internaltional "code" anyone would honor anyway.

But whatever they think it is, they know it is EVIL..and they know you must use "special" means to fight EVIL, that following the Laws is silly and ineffectual...so all you have to do is designate a guy, is it a guy...with a hood on as EVIL and anything you do to him or her is okay..in fact is GOOD..because the opposite of EVIL is GOOD...which makes GOOD about the most EVIL thing ever invented.
