Farid, the word “Oppurtunists” could not be used more accurately when referring to these people. This reminds me of something I read about my favorite scientist, Albert Einstein. If I recall correctly, it goes like this:

After being humiliated and driven out of Germany, Einstein needed up in Princeton, NJ. One day a reporter asked him if he thought of himself as German. He replied “if all my theories prove right (referring to Special and General Relativity), the Germans will say “he is a German’ and the French will argue ‘no, he is a citizen of the World’; but if my theories prove wrong the German will say ‘he is a Jew’ and the French will arguer ‘no, he is a German’”
