Thanks Jeff, I would love to have your recipe, I am almost sure that it would be different than the way we cook it (there is always good things about variety). But the main reason for not being able to cook the dish is that I don’t know where to get the Bamia. My hometown, Qasri-i Shirin, was and is famous for its growing of Bamia.
