This is the article I was looking for! You wouldn`t believe what a small world this is. Unfortunately I can`t go into the details of the amazing follow-up to this story...not till our trial with Jackie Bejan is over. I want her lawyer Shawn Leuthold in fine shape and concentrating on our trial.

But AFTER!

Would you believe the Chinese lady had a Mexican gardener? Why should that surprise anyone? Okay...how about the gardener was from San Miguel and is back here now? That`s not so strange is it? Or, that the gardner now works for a few Gringos here in town tending their gardens? Where`s the shock in that?

Is it also to be considered odd that I`d happen to know one of these Gringos? Or that in conversation one day I mentioned the case with Jackie and also the name of her lawyer? People talk don`t they? And that the gardner happened to be pruning a bush nearby and overheard me...shouldn`t be so hard to credit, should it?

This gardener, it seems, saw something he shouldn`t have...up there in California...before Shawn left the state to move his practise to Washington. It also seems the gardener was hustled out of the state and country...sort of "convinced" he should go back to sunny Mexico. Being no dummy he got the hint.

Now...what he saw in California while tending the garden of a Chinese lady suing for divorce from her husband whose lawyer happened to be Shawn Leuthold is what you ain`t gonna find out now. Shawn knows...ask him.

note: Shawn...make damn sure you snooker Jackie into going on with the trial...like you snookered her into this assinine lawsuit in the first place. I wonder...are you gonna take your own rotten advice to Jackie and SUE ME?
