I don't think that Alex was making fun of Warrior Empress, at all. I think his "poem" just fits in with his slew of caricatures of the people on this forum. Of course, Alex is not quite the poet that Warrior Empress is, & he's acknowledging that with his tongue in cheek self-deprecating humor. If you couldn't get that, then the rest of his humor must be lost on you.
