Mr. Tony BeitMalo,

People put themselves in awkward positions when they stand against a war that was intended to remove an oppressive regime like that of Saddam Hussein.

...it wasn't intnded for that. Had they found any WMDs you would have said the war was to get rid of those. The war was to get oil and continue stealing Iraqi wealth overseas...and set that region backwards for years to come. The United States backed and propped up Saddam and supplied him with weapons.

Iraqis have been suffering for decades under that regime. Fact is that the remaining of Saddam in power meant the continuous sufferings of Iraqis, including the Assyrians.

...not true. You could as easily go to all American prisons and say LOOK what Americans are suffering! Iraq was a growing and expanding and prospering country and THAT's what brought this on. The figures you use are as bogus as you are.

Therefore, by being an anti Iraq war so-called activist, you, indirectly, whether you like it or not, were suggesting the survival of Saddam's regime.

...not true at all...only in your world does someone have to be either for you...or they're against you. Saddam, as America's puppet, had his severe limitations...but he never had a policy of killing children...NEVER...that's something the Liberators came up with...the same ones who used lies to kill over three million Vietnamese who were also bothering no one. We don't like goons of any stripe. Iraq has the right every nation has to develop itself...how would you like China deciding you aren't doing it the way they like it done and attacking you in order to liberate you.

I dare say that David Chibo is lying because he is inventing figures based on lousy statistics he creates without taking many circumstances in his silly formulas. The question is how dare YOU take that stand in allowing that regime to continue oppressing the people of Iraq?

...you only dare to say it because you're hiding...come on out in the open you punk!

..we never supported the regime...America did. They are entitled to whatever regime they have...it's their business to get out from under it...which is hard to do so long as the CIA backs whatever thugs serve their purposes.

...Tiglath's figures make the point. You're quibbling about exactly how many Christians were killed...what's the difference...you want your asshole penetrated once or ten times? All the people of Iraq are Assyrians...as much as you are but probably more so because they are there...where are you?

Nobody is saying that Assyrians did not suffer or die. The point I am arguing is that Mr. David Chibo is NOT telling the truth about the matter.

...you are our biggest liar and you have the nerve to accuse someone else? If you'd follow his estimates carefully instead of nixing them outright because they make YOU the liar...you might get it.

In war, Mr. Beitmalo, people die and this is the unfortunate reality, as ugly as it is as innocent people pay the price. The United States did not invent wars. Wars have been with man since life was created and we will continue to see wars always, and I mean always. Sometimes, wars are the only solution to prevent greater tragedies and I am not going to sit and give you a lecture on that.

...in wars you don't target the children and call it a policy...that too is a lie...it is murder.

...you couldn't anyway...you can't put tree sentences together and you'd never ever be far from mamma's protecting arms anyway.

If you really cared about mankind, please remember the Kashmiri, Afghans, Tibetans, Rwandans, Ethiopians, Chechens, and all the others suffering nations.

...you remember them...we'll focus on he Assyrians of Iraq...all of them
