Over at Beth Peter Betbasoo posts a petition in which the last line specifically states;

"4. Know that the greatest democracy in the world, the United States, stands with them and help them in registering as ChaldoAssyrians, and not Arabs or Kurds."

To which Hanna Hajjar replies;

"The minimum safe havens for Assyrian should be the Assyrian-Triangle, anything short of that is not acceptable. It is not up to some religious leaders and/or some secular groups to sell out Assyrian rights."
