can`t recommend this place highly enough. It all depends on how you want to live. It`s like going to New York to be an artist these days and wanting to live in Greenwhich Village. That place is way too expensive for beginners...in the old days it was a dump..now it`s a boutique for lawyers and such. The equivalent today would be go to Hells Kitchen...though even that`s getting spruced up. Same here. There`s absolutely no reason to live in an "Artist^s Colony" anywhere...not if you`re an artist. We still have to live in out of the way places..places that might become popular 200 years from now but are just plain cheap now. And Mexico is full of lovely, exotic and very affordable places..and the people are as close to our own as you`ll ever find...and in case you miss Chicago there are plenty of donkeys here as well. I`m leaving this tourist attraction soon...going to take my own advice and go to an out of the way place...not just because it`s even more affordable but so I can get some peace and quiet and get away from these fucking WHITE people!!! I can give you more details in private.... I trust you`re still at the old stand and that you`ll use whatever colors in your life you choose to. --------------------- |
