Speaking of incest - wasn't that Ishtar who took it in the ass from her own brother - Tammuz? Give me a break. You actually think you know more about this stuff than I do? That you're more educated on the history of Mesopotamia than I do.

..........Actually Ishtar and Tammuz were both lovers, sister and brother and mother and son during the different seasons.
e.g. During the Scared marriage of Ishtar and Tammuz conducted at the Autumun Equinox they were lovers. During the resurrection of Ishtar and Tammuz at the Spring Equinox they were brother and sister. And during the birth of Tammuz during the Winter Solstice they were mother and son.

These were powerful designations used to explain the seasons.

So powerful that the Ishtar and Tammuz myth continues to this very day as the virgin mother Mary and her baby son Jesus during Xmas and as brother and sister during her resurrection during the Spring Equinox (Pascha) we today have called Easter(Ishtar).
