not much when there`s no will. There are people at the top benefitting from the misery and they won`t allow change.

My solution when faced by all these forces in this society while trying to fins some way to get jubilent delinquents off their self-destruct mode was to start all over again with a different "reality".

I took us all to an isolated island ten miles off the coast near Seattle and stranded us there for six weeks. Nature has a way of shaping you up real quick.

Schools that did that...that started at the beginning and not with computers would help create a solid base instead of a list of unending demands only money can satisfy. But when your culture is based on what money can but anyway, sooner or later you`ll be corrupted..if not you then your kids will be.

There really isn`t the will for change...not meaningful change. People still prefer to be lied to. All cultures start out with vital self-possessed, self-motivating pioneers who know the value of struggle and keeping it basic...but in time luxury, which is sort of the point of the whole thing, makes people soft andf lazy...I mean intellectually..they still work like mules but it isn`t any longer to grow a society , it`s to enjoy more of the fruits the founding members set up the system to provide one day.

Athens and Sparta are two interesting examples of social experiments...but all civilization crumbles eventually..it has to or we never would have moved past 10,000 years ago. Like plants die and rot to provide mulch...America will be mulch one day too.
