...I used to answer you like you were a serious person...it`s only from you that I learned otherwise. Playing cute is okay when it`s desert..but one too many times you tried to feed us treacle in place of a substantial meal.

..I also don`t like replying to the writings of others you use. No one said there has to be perfect agreement on anything..it`s your methods I find uncongenial...

..anyway...I`ll be happy to help you out..as you found no trouble telling me what I believe...

My first contention is that Christianity has no exclusive market in kindness, gentleness..generosity and the rest. Now, the last time I posted this we had to endure a series of assaults on Islam...by way of diversion..if you REALLY believe what you believe..you won`t feel the need to avoid exposing your core beliefs...we`ve allowed you to make fun of everything you wanted to..with one or two exceptions which had nothing to do with any of the points of discussion...

Next I would say..and I had a Urinated Priest tell me this...Christianity is about believing that Jesus came to earth to suffer and die for our sins to be washed clean...and if we accept the deal...we are granted eternal life.

However..and this is key to me at least...merely following Christ`s example isn`t enough..and I would remind you that Christ in his own lifetime, never believed in ANOTHER Messiah, outside himself, whose words he had to obey...neither did he participate in any cannibalism or vampirism..as he is said to have demanded of his followers.

The key component..that thing you MUST do..no matter how kind and decent and gentle and Christ-like you are..is you MUST eat his body and drink his blood...symbolically of course..we all GET that! If you refuse to do that...no heaven for you and, I assume, your sins are NOT washed clean.

I tried to keep it brief...you don`t HAVE to do what you say you will...it won`t be the first time...I just want to point out another glaring difference between Christians...who`ve had 2000 years to get it right and feel somewhat secure in their OWN deeply held beliefs...Christians who can face the sword for Jesus..but can`t seem to bear a little "joking"...compared to how neo-Pagans, who are hardly in the majority anywhere, feel about their beliefs which they KNOW are going to be laughed at and ridiculed...in fact, I`d say neo-Pagans stand now where the earliest Christians stood who PROUDLY proclaimed their "heresy" in the face of CERTAIN ridicule, a good thrashing and worse.

Give it your best shot.
