...nothing was "thrown away"...there is no "critical" anything that`s supposed to make Iraq secure. The entire purpose is to sink Iraq for as long as possible. No mistakes are being made...no one is being sloppy or indecisive. We should have learned by now, after all the lies, after an invasion that had no justification whatsoever...after this sort of a start it`s ridiculous to bewail the fact that people are "making mistakes". It`s deliberate.
