I think ALL money could be banned...besides what we ourselves provide through our taxes already...with maybe a bit more if needed.

There's no good reason to throw it open to the highewst bidder...collectively WE are the wealthiest American...or Australian...WE are ONE huge corporation being shut out by a lot of little runts.

The airwaves are OURS and if anyone wants to use them they have to agree to make time available..not for free...because we already pay for it...the waves belong to US, not NBC or Fox. They own the equipment and none of it is worth a dime without OUR airwaves...so let them do as WE tell them to...not get it shoved down our throats.

There's no need to fly around the country either...we have TV and satelite dishes and the internet...anyone anywhere can watch a sane debate or presentation of a candidate's point of view...if there was constant access and free access to candidates, we wouldn't need to see their expensive adds all over the place.

The primaries and all of that don't NEED all that money to begin with..hell they MAKE it costly so they'll have an excuse to need MORE money and then some more.

Of course we could do without campaign financing...beyond a minimum that WE should provide...wheee the people and a billionaire is not a people.
