When I first suggested to you that your spelling of that most unfortunate word asn't even phonetic but seemed more derrogatory than anything...and shopwed you, slowly, a better spelling, you responded that I didn't understand...then too...you said the people funding the project or working with you on it were Jews who wouldn't appreciate any changes...if you said that and I got it right, I apologize and take back what you said.

There have never been any people funding the project. I work on it in my spare time. All proceeds from sale of the books are donated to charity.

>>For the record, my only employer is a computer programming company I work for as a Senior Programmer. It has nothing to do with religion or Aramaic or the Peshitta NT.

Do you happen to know the history of your last name, by the way? Sort of off-topic, but I was just curious if you know who you were named for.

>>I told you a million times, the Peshitta translation is a hobby.
>
>..of course it is..if you had to make a living from anything "Assyrian" you do, you's starve to death.

Or be down in Mexico making wax dolls along with you, right?

>Being an Assyrian is also a hobby.

I told you several times already, there is nothing Assyrian about me. That's why you find a Yudh-Heh on my website instead of a Lamasu.

There's nothing Assyrian about you, either. You're from Iran. Imitation of ancient Assyrian artwork is flattery, but it doesn't make you an Assyrian.

>...I always thought of you as one who was stuck in the 16th century...such a nice time.

It's 26 centuries from where you're stuck in 2,000 B.C.

>..it isn't up to you to do anything that matters anywhere...especially not as a profession. I like that, being Christian is a hobby.

Translation is a hobby, dumbass. Christianity is everything. Only to you is religion something to toy around with when making wax dolls.

So what? So I can translate it, that's so what. You speaking English like an idiot doesn't make you a Londoner either, but you'll always be an idiot anyway.

>>As for Akkadian, I don't know it although I may study it in the future. Our ancestors have spoken Aramaic for at least 28 centuries.
>
>...mine.

YOUR indigestion at the museum.

> Akkadian is long dead and nobody except people who study it in universities knows it any longer. I certainly don't. Our ancestors dropped it and made Aramaic the lingua-franca of the Assyrian empire because it is far easier than Akkadian, which is a very complex language with 600+ characters.
>
>....Chinese has 5000...nobody dropped it to run after a Jew.

Qirtopa, Assyrians dropped Akkadian for Aramaic in the 8th century B.C. - dummyhead.

>>Anyway, I have no "Jew employers", whatever that means. Quit with your lies.

Speaking of "cutting it short" - did your Mullah employers circumcize you yet?
