I completely acknowledge that I sound nauseatingly self-righteous, goddamnit. But I have to continue. What's the problem with the woman (or the man) who can't tell anyone about [sexual] harassment/discrimination at work? Why doesn't she just get a lawyer and sue? Well, maybe losing her job is going to incapacitate her so much that she can't get another job, she's too stressed out taking care of her kids with what little she has left, and she really doesn't even have the time to think about a lawsuit. Maybe she can't find a lawyer because she doesn't know where to go. Maybe the lawyer she could hire isn't going to be able to defeat the company lawyer?

And imagine this: someday, you're going to have to work with all the girls (and boys) who've grown up being so brainwashed by pop culture. You might think that they're nothing to worry about right now, but just wait until they become your colleagues. You'll be surrounded by these people, you'll want to vomit every time you talk with them, you'll get upset because they can't think critically, hell they can't think *at all*. In some sense they are all monsters of our making. If we don't put a stop to it now, it's going to come back to haunt us all.
