..it already happened..or did you miss it?

There is no provision in our Constitutional form of government for the Supremes to decide ballot procedures while an election is being contested...the legal course is to have a recount.

Since it's one party...a sort of Frat House where the upstairs and downstairs have panty raids on each other's drawers...the Dems didn't really want to contest anything...and the Repubs stunned them..as they often do, by using the courts to "make law"..the very thing they accuse the Dems of...silly college boys.

The Supremes gave our election away...that is SO overstepping their bounds...but where are you going to go to complain...what court is higher? The Founding Fathers had to leave some of the work to us...WE are the final gate keepers of this Republic.

Anyway...having done it once and gotten away with it...the inherent value of the entire war on Iraq, they know which way the wind blows....it's that ill wind that blows no good.
