that´s a major component of showing you never inteneded to slander anyone...by allowing them the opportunity to set the record straight..if they refuse, then there must be a good reason...a good bad reason. I did the same with Nimrod and Helen´s two sons...and Jackie always had the chance to give her side of the story...people rightly complain against newspapers and magazines because they never get the chance to give their side of the story...well...you are giving them the chance...
