...that's wonderful to hear...though I'm afraid there's a Jesus hiding somewhere behind all this and we're merely discussing which one...which is what they're ALL doing. You, no doubt, have the REAL one in a jar somewhere.

...thank you.

>That's what I mean by "you assume". You can't get past "Jesus", and you can't stop seeing me as a Christian. That's why you are pointing fingers at me and constantly referring to me as "you people"

...like I said...if you are a monotheist you can't be both Assyrian AND Christian...you can be Jewish American, you CAN'T be Jewish Buddhist. Is it that hard to follow? I am Assyrian and I've never seen any reason to give up Ashur for any other god.
>
>Whether you call god Ashur or anything else

...how about whether YOU call him Jesus, "or not"? How's that fall on your ears? Same with me when you say it's all the same...it is NOT all the same...certainly not so far as the actual dogma goes...we NEVER needed a Messiah or wanted one TILL you people turned Christian. And look what it's done for you...yea, verily, you now NEED one!

>There is no US without GOD, and there's no GOD without US. We have a symbiotic relationship. One creates the other and one cannot exist without the other.

...you have no way of knowing any of this...you "feel" it to be true and certainly would like it to be true...gods are fools created by people.
>
>If you really are as tolerant as you say, then you will accept people as they are, and not as "you people".

...I do...that's why you and several others far less civilized than you have all been welcome here...that doesn't mean I suspend my judgement, discernment OR right to critique and question...this very religion you bow to used to burn people for asking questions and the old buggers would do it again in a heartbeat if they could get away with it...the inspiration of Ashur, not the veneration of Ashur...is the way the religion has evolved for me...if I am inspired to do something Assyrian, I know it's because the inspiration persists...that's why the rest of them do Christian things...because Christ inspires them...nothing wrong with that...but it isn't Assyrian and has nothing to do with Assyrians...I don't see why it's so hard to understand...if you leave yahwe for Mugwhump you can't very well claim to be a BETTER Jew for it...certainly not the only one allowed...it DOES mean something...and they are not the same...else you never would have switched...you didn't switch because they were "the same"...but because they were DIFFERENT.

>I do not have thin or thick skin. I have Assyrian skin. I haven't said anything about you insulting me or blasting me. Was just making my views known and letting you see how iconoclastic you are.

...I don't see any insults...if you are that tender how did you ever survive LA?

...that's nice. Ever hear of the Assyrians?
