My friend...look again. There is enough of that stuff to make a make shift nuclear bomb. Would that be considered a WMD? Well that fit your criteria? Read it well as far as the mis quote you are refering to. It's is not a mis quote. It is just a comment taken out of context. Again, I urge you to do your home work more thoroughly.
