In a surprise reversal Pontius Pilate pardonned Jesus Christ this morning. No explanation was given for this startling development. Several recent converts to the belief in Jesus as the Christ..the Messiah...marched on Pilate`s mansion demanding the sacrifice be carried through. One Jalal Jassim was heard to say, "How the hell am I supposed to get to Heaven...WALK THERE"?

As we went to press...(well) crowds were were growing uglier. Chants of "KILL my dear Lord" were heard most frequently..along with, "are you a FAKE"? And of course..."Crucify him...Crucify him, Crucify him, Rah Rah Rah!

No word yet as to whether the governor will bow to popular demands from those who proclaim Jesus as their Lord and go through with the execution.
