...all it amounts to is your chance to choose which millionaire on the take will "represent" you...you want to go to the SOURCE? You want to weild absolute power regardless of whether the entire country agrees with you? Then do what Mexicans did...

When Howard Stern mocked their beloved Selena after she was murdered...and after both he and his radio station refused to apologize or tone it down in their constant references to her...they called a boycott of Gatorade...a major sponsor of the show.

They didn`t have to drive anyone to their knees..they didn`t need to get everyone or even a majoirty to boycott Gatorade...all they had to do was mobilize enough people, just enough...to cut into the PROFIT...never mind the operating expenses. A corporation`s profits are a small percentage of their entire take..but that small amount, in proportion, is the ENTIRE reason they`re in business and put up with all the headaches it takes, making and spending all the rest of the money just keeping their doors open. No CEO or company exists any longer for the pride or joy of it...they are there to make as MUCH profit, in any way, they can...hurt that profit ever so little and their entire essence and reason to exist goes out the door.

You think Halliburton would want to "protect you" if THEY had to pay a dime to do it?

No one wanted to drive Gatorade out of business...and neither would we want to shut down factories and businesses in America...the point is to impress upon them that they serve US...and in the case of corporations, that we`d like them to stick to making widgets...pay their fair share of taxes and stay OUT of politics altogether!!!

As far as Gatorade..they got the point real quick and within a few weeks of a drop in sales of their alligator piss drinks...they told Stern and his boss to do as decency asked...and they all apologized and never did it again.

THAT`S power. These motherfuckers ONLY understand the famous "bottom line"...so get them where their understanding, mind, heart and consciences are..in their BOTTOMS!!!
