...during a casual conversation with my sainted mother she mentioned her own mother...what she went through escaping from the local Muslims back in 1915. My grandmother said that when the group they were with made it to Tehran, they were surprised to hear from the mouths of fellow escapees how they had all been well-off...had lots of property which they all "lost" to the the Muslims. She said they knew these people and they had nothing in Urmia...but were telling stories about their lost wealth. Interesting and all too typical.

So..is this ridiculing anyone? How come it's okay for Aprim to LIE...but to catch him at it is "ridiculing" him?
