..."news" is to Zindalite as intelligence is to Peter BetJassim. There are basic and rather simple things no Assrian can grasp...they are so used to keeping themselves from confronting the real world...prefering their own dictionaries, definitions and fantasies, that they`ve never faced anything more trying than finding a job and getting to work every day.

...their penchant for making a smooth running, pristine and un-complicated cranny from which they issue demandses to the world and explain it too, leads them to make the most awful blunders whenever they venture outside...which is the reason you`ll never see them get anywhere outside...while every one of them is a hero and a prince and an historian/author INSIDE.

...BetJassim has an "article" in Zindalite "magazine" in which he "explains" the Iraqi constitution...I can`t bear to read the whole thing but experiance has taught me that it`s one long, convoluted whine...whose real source lies in the interior of Peter`s personal failings and pimples...which he has always attributed to the Muslim Conquest 1300 years ago.

..."The constitution states the following in Article 122:

This (constitution) guarantees the administrative, political, cultural, educational rights for the various ethnicities such as Turkomen, Chaldeans, Assyrians, and the other components, and this is regulated by law."

...this is a prelude to saying the constitution is obviously flawed because it makes a distinction between Chaldhos and Asshos. He`s going to go on to proooves that this must not be so...although he can`t prove he`s Assyrian except to say, "I know I am"...he will refuse that same privilege to a Chaldean, whom Peter will tell, " I ALSO know you are NOT who you think you are"...end of story, for Peter. But then this is a guy who changes his name at will and remains the SAME asshole regardless...but never mind.

...aside from that, the thing these boys can`t grasp is that any constitution that uses the phrase "regulated by law"...or..."under the law", can cover anything from a liberal, humanitarian governmental system to a brutal fascist state...both of which have Laws that things get put under or are regulated by. If a law says no person who is Jewish can work....then the relations between Jews and the government have been regulated "by law"....the denial of work comes "under the law".

...and, as Firas must have begun to dimly realize only yesterday, having a democracy simply means majority rule...that the majority of the citizens will determine what their laws shall be and henceforth the treament meted to out to ANYBODY will indeed be according to, regulated by and UNDER their laws. Apartheid in South Africa was the legal law of the land...and the country was a democracy...one that merely and LEGALLY disenfranchised the majority of the indigenous people living in the country...it was all legal and proper but not necessarily nice.

...it is true, legal and follows all precedent that Christians in Iraq, as a minority, will have their actions "regulated" by the law of the nation and not according to the dearest wishes of the wurld hysterians at aina or Zindalite...as Muslims in America must abide by any law the Christian majority wishes to impose...therefore WHATEVER Christians now receive will be "legal". They can complain all they want to...but if they defy the law, as they did under Saddam when preaching sedition...and if they preach sedition NOW...they will be PROsecuted for it...as they always have been...never PERsecuted.

...everything in Iraq will be legal and therefore correct in the eyes of the majority...welcome to the world Peter...I`m sure your visit will be brief.
