It seems what the U.S. forces haven't caused enough wreckage and harm now they started a new tactic, building walls around towns to flush insurgents but instead it causing a horrific psychological effect on people especaially residents that need to prove their residency everytime they leave for job to other nearby towns.

This reminds me of Israeli security walls around Palestianian villages and towns which has divided villages and people. However, these walls that are being errected in Iraq are around 13 feet high.
