>War and war again has shown that you can't win wars on the ground if your soldiers have no guiding purpose. I don't know how much a Wichitan feels when he's deployed to Iraq to promote Iraqi democracy. I wouldn't give a *bleep* under those circumstances.

..if it was indeed a war to protect America...American homes, families and people...you wouldn`t NEED to pay bonusus or lie to recruits...we KNOW damn well America is under no threat by Iraqis or anyone else outside of Wall Street. I doubt the Iraqis who are giving their lives to fight off their attackers are being paid a damn thing or would even think about it...THEY are the ones fighting to defend a COUNTRY...our soldiers are fighting to defend Halliburton`s bottom line. And less and less of them are willing to give their lives for that...while there is no end in sight to the number of Iraqis, of all ages and both sexes, willing to step up and do their part for their country...the same happened in Vietnam..as our government KNEW it would...but the thing is to make the money on the short end and then get out...they`ll do it eventually in Iraq too...this war was WON big time, in ther first three months...the rest has been gravy.

...this sentiment about "winning" wars is outdated and refers to a time when armies met in a field, like a game of hockey, in which one side could be considered the winner because the other side either got wiped out that day or surrendered.

...there are no more wars like that...the actual "war" between America and Iraq lasted ten minutes...what came next is what we did in Vietnam...we simply move into people`s neighborhoods and villages, homes and schools, playgrounds...throw their lives into turmoil, jail them, lose them their jobs and means of livlihood...we bring our death dealing weapons of a LOT of destruction with us and we look to see who objects...and then we kill them and when their relatives protest and get upset we call THEM the "enemy" and shoot THEM. This is not a war you can ever win unless you commit another massive Holocaust like the Christians just finished against the Jews...

...we are not "at war" with Iraq...we are killing Iraqi citizens and calling them "insurgents" and "terrorists" and "exremists" because they object to their women being fondled by our soldiers and their children starved to death.

What IS "won" is the gobs of money we workers build up periodically that DOESN`T get skimmed off in one pork project adfter another at home but instead becomes a huge fat pig of porker of a foreign war...which allows all those companies who own our politicians to dip their hands into our Treasury and make a real killing..pardon the pun.

No one EVER had any intention of "winning" a war in Iraq OR Vietnam...even though both were sold the same way...no "mistakes" were made either and none are being made now..it is a FANTASTIC success...one of the greatest thefts in world history brought off through one of the most barbaric and unjust and unclean and murderous wars ever...and guess who did it AGAIN? Guess which religion it is...AGAIN? Guess which Jew they pray to? Guess what they call him the "Prince of....."? Is it a. WAR...or b. LIES...or c. THEFT or could it be d. PEACE?

...to Christians war IS peace...like Orwell realized watching the wars in Europe of Christian against Christian that had been bloddying them all for centuries...to Christians, death IS life as they keep harping upon how their REAL life will come to them AFTER they die...it`s nothing but death ALL THE TIME...only they CALL it "Life".

Christians have been at war since Rome turned Christian and spread this sickness to Europe and then the New World...and ALL of them have been praying to the Prince of Peace and never missing a beat or a gunshot...they are USED to a constant state of warfare as the norm and feel somehow out of sorts when there is the threat of any prolonged peace during which the rest of us might stop caring about what`s written on each others` jerseys and instead take to each other as human beans.
