"BTW, the judge presiding over Dr. Michael's testimony got dumped yesterday. Last week, when Saddam went on a tirade about not being a dictator, this judge said "everyone knows you weren't a dictator." It is unbelievable that the Iraqi cabinet voted to get rid of the judge for making this remark. Even the Human Rights Watch, who admitted Saddam was a dictator, were shocked to see the judge removed for this remark. Just because he made that statement, didn't mean that he was going to avoid his responsibility of rendering a judgment based on the evidence presented in court. By removing the judge, the Iraqi cabinet PROVED its bias. Their gesture also proved they expect a specific outcome, and that judge might not render the verdict they are expecting. And they wonder why there's insurgency in Iraq. The US-based government, and the US-based courts in Iraq are nothing more than a travesty, a sham, a farce. Hitler would be proud!!! --------------------- |
