Is this Chaldean writer published? What does she write? Fiction/non-fiction, poetry?

I'm consuming Iraqi literature at high volume these days... I don't know what it is that is drawing me to it, but I'm just enjoying all the treasures that I am coming across.

One of my closest friends, a Reuters journalist, describes Iraq as an "unmitigated disaster." I told her that I was recruited to go out there to do rule of law work and she scoffed "Q, what rule of law?! Not in a million years! But go, it's your country, you need to see what has happened first-hand." And every time I think back to this conversation from a week ago, I shudder. How can Iraq be an "unmitigated disaster"? Which is why I unleash venom on idiots like Ken Joseph...

Anyhow, I'm rambling, who is this author and how can I get a hold of her work. If email is better then you can email me about it.
