...a monument has nothing to do with a nation. You can have a nation without any monuments as well as monuments without a nation. The monuments were made to publicize the HERITAGE...not to say anything about a "nation". With all your beliefs about a nation, you have done nothing to bring one about except whine and write and yell about it,....I have NO illusions about any nation, or anything that is "owed" to "Assyrians" for all their "suffering"....we have suffered far LESS than other people have.

...I believe in the HERITAGE...a heritage of daring, courage, excellence..also one of universality...Assyrians can make the world their "nation"...there is no need to weep for a corner of it...especially when weeping is all you do.

...why don't YOU look up the word "nation" and show us what concrete steps have been taken in the last 100 years to bring it about...and don't cry about your 'enemies" stopping you...everyone has enemies...

do you read what you write before posting it or I am getting things wrong, kindly explain that to me and the readers as well.

...I just did. We can revive an Assyrian heritage and culture and refine and expand it...as we USED to dop, without having a "nation". Jews did it for centuries...but then they never converted to Jesus...they remained true to their god, even though he was insane.
