It's never too late. He can appeal or counter-sue. You ususally win in either of those cases, if you have sufficient proof.

The only way it's over is if tiglath is afraid because he realized he's taking on the ENTIRE church, which is mighty powerful.

But to quote Jesus, (as the priests wrote in the bible) "the bigger they are the harder they fall".

Come to think of it, Tiglath doesn't have to lift a finger to bring these people down. They are destroying each other all by themselves. But if he doesn't want to pay them another dime, he should appeal. He has a very good chance to win! But he would also have to spend good money to win.
