"Any true religion is a search for the truth. A true religion would not be institutionalised and have a hieracrhy as our ACOE currently does. A true religion would not be scared to confront legitimate questions and debate its conduct in the open for all to see. It would not have our bishops vying for positions of authority. As for me being a traitor if revealing the truth and exposing corruption is being a traitor then I gladly follow in the footsteps of Jesus himself who kicked the money lenders out of the temple."

***The Assyrian Church of the East, the most Apostolic Church of today, does not shy away from questions. I find that all the questions I have ever asked of bishops and priests have been addressed with haste. No bishop is vying for a position of authority. They are all servants in the Church of God. This competition which you think is happening does not exist. You have not exposed any corruption and you have not revealed any truth. You have caused only division and hatred. No good has come from your actions. Your vendetta against His Grace Mar Meelis Zaia is not because you want to expose any corruption (which does not exist by the way), it is deeper than that. It is very deep. Your ulterior motives are known and go beyond your notions of truth, corruption and investigative-journalism but are very deep and center on something much bigger than the Church of the East. And please don't fashion yourself as a modern day Jesus - you are far from it.

"I don't think we'll debate this point any longer as you have clearly conceded that no evidence exists to prove that our people were the first to accept Christianity."

***I have no conceded anything. I have stated that religious scholars and academics who ARE NOT on the pay-roll of the Assyrian Church of the East have attested to the fact that the Assyrians converted in Edessa. There exists artworks from the 10th century and older which are in Sinai depicting this.

"The religion that had been followed by our ancestors for thousands of years simply had the names of its holidays, and prophets changed. Ishtar and Tammuz's resurrection during the Spring Equinox was changed to Easter after the Goddess's namesake. After being resurrected and the heiros gamos with Tammuz she gave birth to the son of man Tammuz, exactly 9 months later during the Winter Solstice, 21st December. Three days later our ancestors would cut an evergreen tree from the forest and decorate it with silver and gold and celebrate the birth of Tammuz with their Tammuz trees."

***You may choose to believe this tripe but I and billions of others don’t. Are two billion people, making up the world's greatest ever religion wrong and you and your cohorts right? Oh and you cleverly avoided my question. Let me place it here for you again to address:
“So tell me, when did Assyrians start following Christianity, en masse, according to your logic?”

“Besides being tolerant of all our religions and all our churches, I went to celebrate Tammuz-mas the birth of our god Tammuz during the Winter Solstice. You are celebrating it too whether you like it or not. but don't take my word for it feel free to do a google serach on the origins of Easter(Ishtar) and Christmas and see if what I'm saying is correct. So how do you reconcile the fact that two of the main Christian holidays are actuallyderived from ancient "pagan" holidays? Are you not being blasphemous? If you were a true Christian you'd stop celebrating these holidays completely.”

***No Mr. Chibo, I was at my Church celebrating the birth of Lord Jesus Christ. I was not celebrating the birth of Tammuz! And you are a liar; if you wanted to celebrate whatever religion it is you follow you should have gone to your Ishtar Temple in Melbourne not to the Assyrian Church of the East. You are not welcome in our Church until you apologize for what you have done and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and God – when you do I personally would accept you with open arms.
