...they lie all the time...it's to be expected. What's odd is that so many people believe their lies. Johnson lied about the Gulf of Tonkin...Bush lied about Iraq...doesn't matter what party they are...they are ALL millionaires aching to become billionaires on OUR backs....their interests have little in common with the rest of us...if you feel better because a Republican millionaire represents you rather than a Democratic one...power to you...but you're a dummy in the grand tradition.

News is filled with all the things Bush did to gut the Army Corp of Engineers....to cut their allocations and staff...even when they warned of exactly this sort of calamity...what they saved, about five billion, by ignoring the advice will be more than made up by what they have to pay out now...yet even with all the concrete evidence before us, McLellan says what? Why, the exact OPPOSITE of what the facts so clearly lay out...he says that "flood prevention was Bush's number one priority from day one". The agenda here is to lie about what is most OBVIOUSLY a lie...and then hit the opposition with the name "liberal" when all they do is point out that you ARE lying. Like lying is a neo-con agenda and pointing it out is a liberal one.

The sooner we recognize the obvious: that America has a ONE party system, the sooner we MIGHT develop a meaningful opposition party....till then they're all one party of money at any price.
