...seems Delay just did an audit...never heard of one before..and found out, "gasp", that he hadn't reproted campaign contributions...he was now using for his defense fund.

Naturally this is:

a. No big deal.

b. A liberal plot, I mean having Laws at all.

c. A "silly technicality", or...

d. Everyone else's fault but his.

Turns out these people have contempt for the very principle of Law. That's the reason they are all "moral"...because that implies they are in contact with the Big One and have his blessings...therefore our silly Laws mean nothing to men called to be turds for god.
